Free Consultation
Zero obligation or pressure, let’s get to know each other and see if we’re a good fit. I encourage your birth partner to join us as it’s important we all get to connect and ensure we are a strong birth support team.
Prenatal Visits
These visits are for us to dive deeper into your emotions, expectations, hopes and fears about your pregnancy and birth. We spend time chatting about physiological birth, how to navigate the birth system, while trusting your body and baby’s instincts. We will spend time discovering your birth preferences with support from evidence-based care, science and intuition to back your decisions. For birth partners, we will spend lots of time working together and sharing information so you can feel confident and trust birth. Clients booking in early to my services will have more time for an extra prenatal visit for the same fee.
We will work together to prepare your mind and body as you welcome your little one! Using evidence-based information and non-judgemental support to allow you to make informed decisions that are right for you and your baby. You know your baby best.
Multi-Media Connection
From the moment you hire me, I am available to you as a personalized and reliable source for the many questions that tend to pop up. I offer monthly connection calls. This gives us a chance to really connect and have a strong relationship by the time your birth rolls around.
Continuous birth Support
I provide continuous support to you and your support team throughout your birth. When a birth partner is involved I not only apply my doula skills (practical, emotional & physical) to the birthing person, but to the whole support team! I truly believe in your abilities to birth. I will hold space for you to feel safe and confident in releasing into the birth process.
I will be your biggest advocate, support you in your informed choices all while helping your intuitive abilities shine as you birth your baby.
On Call
From hire I am on call for you, please keep me in the loop with any new developments and any emotional support you may need throughout your pregnancy. I am happy to Once the birthing process has begun I will be on standby to come join you quickly when you feel need support moving through the process.
Postpartum
After birth:
I will stay with you ensuring you are comfortable, supported and ready to settle in. I am able to assist with chest/breastfeeding and nourishing the birthing person.
Postpartum visit:
This is a great space to debrief your physical and emotional experience throughout this wild and beautiful journey. Feeding support, meal prep, light tidying and referrals for your specific needs are supplied to ensure you are cared for as you transition and recover.
